Enrollment Verification
The Office of the Registrar provides enrollment verification letters for currently enrolled and former students. Depending on your needs, you may be able to obtain your verification instantly through AP OneStop Self-Service or submit a request for specialized documentation.
Enrollment Verification Through Self-Service
Current students can generate an official enrollment verification at any time through AP OneStop Self-Service.
Your enrollment verification may be used to verify:
- Current enrollment status
- Enrollment history
- Anticipated graduation date (when available)
- Student classification
- Credit hours enrolled
Self-service enrollment verifications are available immediately and can be downloaded or printed for most purposes.

International Student Enrollment Verification & Apostille Requests
Students who need an enrollment verification for international use, embassy requirements, visa processing, or other specialized purposes should submit an Enrollment Verification Request using the online form below. https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019e4b940a997e95a0506dd123bc7db4
Apostille Requests
An apostille certifies the authenticity of a document for use in countries participating in the Hague Apostille Convention.
If your enrollment verification requires an apostille:
- Complete the Enrollment Verification Request Form.
- Indicate that an apostille is required.
- The Office of the Registrar will prepare your enrollment verification and provide instructions for the apostille process.
- Apostilles are issued by the appropriate state authority, not Austin Peay State University, and processing times vary depending on the issuing agency.
Please allow additional processing time for documents requiring an apostille.
Letter of Non-Attendance
If you need official documentation confirming that you have not attended Austin Peay State University, please submit a Letter of Non-Attendance Request.
