Your dedicated trainer will build a custom training plan specific to your needs, goals, interests, and schedule. In addition, your trainer will measure your progress and hold you accountable to keep you consistent, celebrate your wins, and help you overcome the inevitable challenges of campus life. Packages and Pricing

On-The-Go Training

Train at home, at the gym, or on-the-go with a custom training program delivered digitally. Each plan is 4-weeks long. Clients have the option of meeting with the trainer in-person at the start of the plan to discuss goals and specifics of your customized training plan.  

  • Cost:

    • Students: $45

    • Members (Fac/Staff/Affiliates): $50

 

60-Minute Personal Sessions

Meet with your trainer one-on-one, starting with a clear goal-setting meeting and fitness assessment to determine current fitness levels. Using that information our personal trainers will develop an individualized fitness program with your goals and needs in mind. Also includes a personalized nutrition guide to help you further reach your goals! Get the one-on-one fitness attention you've been looking for!

On-the-Go Fitness Training Request

We are experiencing a high demand for personal trainers and are unable to accommodate new "in-person" trainer requests. We are actively working to address this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience as we look to expand our team. With that being said, we can only accommodate "On-The-Go" training requests. On-The-Go training will provide you with a custom training program for you to complete on your own! It is important to note that you must have a valid Foy Center Membership to purchase any personal training services. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Fitness Coordinator, Emerald Lacy at lacye@apsu.edu.
