2026 OSRI Student Research & Scholarly Activity Symposium Information

When you complete this form you will be asked to upload your abstract (2026 Abstract Template) and an Excel spreadsheet with a list of authors, etc. (List of Authors Spreadsheet).

For poster presentations, students should prepare a poster with dimensions of 48 inches wide and 36 inches tall. Click here to access the Poster Template (PowerPoint).
If your department or college cannot print your poster, OSRI will assist in poster printing costs, but they must conform to the specified size maximums with limited use of color and a primarily white background in this poster template (PowerPoint). - All presentations will also need to submit an Abstract in this Abstract Template (max. 250 words) when they register. Name the file with the first author's LastNameFirstname.docx.
- For oral presentations, students should prepare a 10-15 minute presentation using an acceptable presentation platform, such as PowerPoint. Oral presentations will be scheduled based on students' availability indicated in the registration form
The event will take place in the Health Professions Building on April 24, 2026.
