Schedule an Appointment with AP Navigate

Use AP Navigate to book appointments with campus services at APSU. Follow the steps below to log in, choose a service, and confirm your meeting.

 

Before You Begin

  • You will need your APSU email and OneStop password to sign in.

  • If you want text reminders, make sure your mobile number is valid and up to date.

  • Appointment times display in your browser’s local time zone.


How to Schedule in AP Navigate

1. Log In

 

2. Start a New Appointment

  • On the right side of your dashboard, select “Schedule an Appointment.”

 

3. Choose Appointment Type

  • From the dropdown, select the type of appointment you need (for example, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, etc.).

 

4. Select a Service (Reason)

  • Choose the reason for your appointment from the list.

  • Scroll to view all options, then select “Find Available Time.”

 

5. Choose How You Want to Meet

  • Select your meeting format: In Person, Online, or Phone.

 

6. Pick a Day and Time

  • Choose a time that fits your schedule.

  • If none of the listed times work, check “Drop-in Times Available.”

 

7. Confirm Your Details

  • Review the appointment details, including the meeting type (in person, online, or phone).

  • Choose how you want to receive reminders: email or text message.

  • In the comments box, briefly describe what you’d like to discuss so the office can prepare.


Reminders and Time Zone

  • Text reminders require a valid mobile number.

  • All appointment times display in your browser’s local time zone.
