Are You Ready to Graduate?
The deadline to apply for May 2024 Graduation is November 1, 2023
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Graduates may submit a late application for May 2024 graduation. However, applicants that apply after November 1, 2023 may not have their information printed in the program or any other printed or online publication for graduation. Students that apply late will be added to a waiting list if they wish to participate in the commencement ceremony.
The application for May 2024 graduation is now available on OneStop!
When should I apply?
You should apply for graduation for the term in which you will complete all degree requirements. For example, if you will complete all degree requirements in December, you will apply for December graduation. You must complete all requirements by the commencement date in order to graduate.

How do I apply?
Login to OneStop, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the Web Self-Service tile
Step 2: Go to the student tab at the top of the page
Step 3: Click the Student Records link
Step 4: Click the Apply to Graduate link
Step 5: Follow the instructions and be sure to submit your application
What do I do after I apply?

- Check your official APSU email regularly for important communication from us regarding your graduation status and commencement information
