Apply for Graduation

Step 1: Check Before You Apply

Before you submit your application, confirm you're on track to finish your degree:

• Log in to AP OneStop

• Run your Degree Works audit

• If anything looks off, contact your academic advisor before applying

Step 2: Apply for Graduation

Once your degree audit looks good, submit your application through OneStop:

1. Log in to your OneStop account

2. Select the Student Web Self-Service tile

3. Under Student Records, select Graduation Application

4. Choose the term you plan to graduate in

5. Follow the prompts and submit your application

Apply for December 2026 Graduation

Application Deadlines

Apply during the term in which you will complete all degree requirements. If your final courses end in December, apply for December graduation. You must satisfy all requirements by the commencement date.

Deadlines are firm. Students who miss the deadline will not appear in the printed commencement program and will be placed on a waitlist for the ceremony.

Step 3: After You Apply

• Check your APSU email regularly. All graduation status updates and commencement information are sent to your official university email address.

• Emails from the Registrar's Office may take a couple of weeks to arrive after you apply — this is normal.

• If you haven't received any communication after three weeks, contact the Office of the Registrar.

• If you encountered an error while applying, reach out right away — don't wait.
