Community English Classes

Learn English for daily life, business, and community connection — right here in Clarksville. Our classes are open to adults at every level, from complete beginners to advanced speakers, and taught by expert instructors who focus on practical, real-world skills.

All levels welcome: Beginner (CEFR A1) through Advanced (CEFR C2).

This community program does not provide supporting documents for F-1 or J-1 Visas.

Classes run Monday through Thursday, two hours a day. Attend as many or as few sessions as your schedule allows.

Every class is taught by an instructor with advanced graduate training in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

Each class is a flat rate of $200 per semester. If you attend every session, that works out to just over $1.50 per hour of professional instruction.

Class Schedule

All classes meet Monday through Thursday in the McReynolds building. Students may enroll in 1, 2, or 3 classes per semester depending on their goals and availability.

    Take the online placement exam to find the class that fits where you are right now.

  2. Register and pay.

    Choose your class or classes and complete the $200 semester registration fee.
