The Austin Peay Experience Grant
As part of The Austin Peay Experience, starting Fall 2024 and after, new students may receive an Experience Grant.
The value of the grant is up to $2,000 for internships, study abroad, education abroad, study away, research, a service trip or for a project of your own. Maybe you learned something in class that piqued your interest that you want to explore further, you attended a campus event that inspired you, or read an article that intrigued you. Let us help fund your adventures. The Experience Grant is a one-time opportunity and is available to first-time, full-time freshman after completing 60 earned credit hours and to transfer students with 60-90 credit hours.

Eligibility*
Students must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Experience Grant:
- Completed at least 60 Earned Credit Hours for First-time, Full-time Freshman and Transfer Students between 60-90 Credit Hours (required to apply by)
- Good Academic Standing
- Submit a proposal outlining the purpose and outcomes of their requested Experience Grant funding; the student's advisor will provide guidance on developing the proposal
