Refunds/Exchanges

 All refunds and/or exchanges require the original receipt.

Textbooks and access codes

• Full refunds can be processed within the first week of classes in the original manner of payment.
• Students will have 30 days after the first week of sessions to request a full refund with documentation of a scheduling change.
• For a refund, Access Codes and Loose-Leaf books must be unopened.

Electronics

• A full refund will be issued within 14 days for all unopened products.

All other merchandise will be refunded in full within 90 days (clothing must have original tag).
