    Mr. McCrary came to APSU in January 2016 as the Director of the Office of Student Access Services after serving for five years as a vocational rehabilitation counselor with the state of Tennessee. Originally from Georgia, Jamie has worked in the Office of Student Access Services Field for over 10 years in Florida, Georgia & Texas in addition to Tennessee.

    Jamie McCrary received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Florida State University in 2005 and his Master’s in Counseling Degree for the University of Houston – Clear Lake in 2009. Jamie enjoys following ACC sports, singing & volunteering at First Baptist Church Clarksville.

    Ms. Hoyt has lived in Clarksville, TN since 1976 and was considered as a “military brat” due to her father being stationed at the Screaming Eagles 101st Airborne Division at Ft. Campbell Army base. She comes from the Department of Human Services of the State of Tennessee with experience in Vocational Rehabilitation and Pre-Employment Transition Services. She graduated from A.P.S.U. with a B.S. Degree in Public Management and a concentration in Sociology. She obtained her M.A. Ed Degree in School Counseling at Murray State University. She enjoys quality time with family.

    Holds a Master's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. She loves hiking, traveling, exploring, painting, and is an animal lover. Ashley enjoys meeting new people and finding new ways and opportunities to impact the community.

    Jordan is a proud alumnus of Austin Peay State University, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, and earned his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. He has dedicated his career to advocating for and supporting families with disabilities, particularly through his work with the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) on Fort Campbell, Kentucky.   With a passion for personal growth and a commitment to making a positive impact, Jordan is always seeking new experiences and opportunities for self-improvement. His ultimate goal is to leave a lasting legacy—one defined by the meaningful contributions he has made and the lives he has touched along the way.

    Stacy is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of New Orleans in 2000. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughter—currently a student at Austin Peay State University—and their dogs. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and playing board games.
