Register for an Affinity Account


The Application Roadmap

  1. Register - Account Create an Affinity Gateway account at affinitylicensing.com/signup.

  2. Submit Application - Select APSU in the Gateway and input business history and categories.

  3. Pay Licensing Fee - Submit the $200 non-refundable application fee via ACH or credit card.

  4. Upload Insurance - Provide a COI with $1M general liability including Affinity as additionally insured.

  5. Physical Samples - Mail product samples representative of your production quality.

  6. Sign Agreement - Electronically sign the license agreement after your application is reviewed.

 

Insurance Policy: A minimum of $1M in general liability insurance is required. Affinity and its clients must be listed as additionally insured on your Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Royalties & Fees: Standard royalty rate is 12% of gross sales. A $200 application fee applies per client. Minimum annual royalty is $50.

Managing Your License

Once licensed, all product designs must be submitted via the Affinity Gateway for approval prior to production. Sales are reported quarterly for both royalty-exempt and royalty-bearing items.
