Faculty Pulse Survey
The Faculty Senate conducts an annual Pulse Survey to measure faculty job satisfaction, work engagement, and overall well-being at APSU. Results inform recommendations for building a healthier, more supportive academic environment.
Faculty Ombudspersons
The Faculty Ombuds office offers confidential, impartial, and informal support for faculty navigating professional challenges — from policy questions and interpersonal conflicts to workplace concerns. Meeting with an ombudsperson is voluntary and completely confidential.
Faculty Lounge
The Faculty Lounge is located in the Cumberland Room on the third floor of the Morgan University Center. It is open during regular University Center hours and is accessible to all faculty using a University ID card.
