Dr. Shani Collins Woods is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Austin Peay State University. She earned her PhD and MSW from The University of Alabama, School of Social Work, Master of Arts in Africana Women's Studies from Clark Atlanta University, and Bachelor of Arts in English from Tougaloo College.
