Location
Austin Peay State University has opened its new Health Professions Building, a state-of-the-art facility that will enhance healthcare education and expand clinical services for the community. A key feature of the new space is its fully functional diagnostic laboratory, equipped with the latest analyzers used in hospitals across the region and staffed by licensed Medical Laboratory Scientists.
More than just a teaching space, this cutting-edge lab provides students with hands-on experience in a real-world clinical setting while supporting vital testing services.
This expansion strengthens APSU’s commitment to training future healthcare professionals while improving access to high-quality diagnostic services in the region.
