Vending Issues
If you have experienced a vending issue on campus, please find the tab below that best fits your situation so you can see what to do next. There is a section for Drink Vending as well as Snack Vending.
Drink Vending
If you used your card, apple pay, android pay, or Govs Bucks to pay for a drink but the drink did not vend and you wish to get a refund then please call Coca Cola at (888)-227-2653.
When using a card, apple pay, or android pay the machine will put a pending charge for the most expensive drink in the vending machines on campus (usually $3.00) to make sure you have enough money for the drink. This will only be there while the charge is pending. Once the charge goes through (typically the next day) the total will drop down to the correct amount for the drink you purchased. If you notice that the charge went through for the full amount and did not drop to the correct price please call Coca Cola at (888)-227-2653 and explain what happened.
If you paid with cash but the drink did not vend then please visit the APSU Post Office on the 1st floor of the Morgan University Center to see about getting a refund. Please take note of which machine you have an issue with so that we can notify Coca Cola and have them repair it.
