On Campus Mailings (Department and Student)

The APSU Post Office is responsible for receiving and distribution of all campus interdepartmental and student mailings. The university community can use the APSU Post Office to mail items to different departments or students free of charge. Interdepartmental mailing envelopes are also free for use and pick up at the service window. Please be sure to include the Date, Name or Department, P.O. Box Number, and Sender information such as Name and P.O. Box.

Postage is never required for on campus communications and this mail is distributed throughout the entire day as it is received.

P.O. Box Rental

Students who live in campus housing are assigned a campus P.O. Box. Your P.O. Box number, mailing address, combination, and instructions can all be found under your Personal Tab on the APSU OneStop.

APSU P.O. Boxes are located on the lower level of the Morgan University Center just outside the lobby of the campus Post Office. Commuting students can rent a P.O. box for $15.00 a semester and Faculty/Staff can rent a box for either $30.00 (six months) or $50.00 (one year).
