We're thrilled to announce a powerful new opportunity to help you lead the way in shaping the future of teaching and learning at Austin Peay State University!

In partnership with the Division of Legal Affairs and Organizational Strategy, the APSU AI Task Force, and the Center for the Advancement of Faculty Excellence (CAFE), we are offering free access to Auburn University's highly regarded "Teaching with AI" online course for up to 100 APSU faculty members.

This initiative directly supports the Employee Pillar (Pillar 3) of the Experience Austin Peay Strategic Plan, focused on faculty and staff excellence. It also comes in direct response to feedback received from the recent survey distributed by the APSU AI Task Force. Thank you for making your voices heard. We listened—and we responded.

Faculty Consent and Acknowledgment Form

As part of Austin Peay State University's (APSU) initiative to prepare faculty for the integration of Artificial Intelligence in teaching and learning, APSU has secured limited licenses to Auburn University's "Teaching with AI" online course.

Before being granted access, each faculty member must acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. License Scope

I understand that my access to the "Teaching with AI" course is provided through a non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted to APSU by Auburn University. My use of this curriculum is limited to my own professional development and non-commercial educational purposes.

2. Ownership and Restrictions

I acknowledge that all content in the course is the sole and exclusive property of Auburn University. I will not download, copy, share, distribute, or modify the materials except as explicitly permitted in writing by Auburn.

3. Subscription Term

I understand that access is provided for one (1) year from the date of registration. Continued access beyond that term will be paid for by the individual faculty member.

4. Permitted Use

I agree to use the curriculum solely for educational purposes related to my faculty role at APSU. I will not use the materials for commercial purposes or share access credentials with others.

5. Professional Responsibility

I understand that Auburn University does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the curriculum and disclaims liability for how the content is used. I am responsible for applying professional judgment when implementing any insights or practices derived from the course.

6. No Warranty

I acknowledge that Auburn provides the course "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and that neither Auburn nor APSU is liable for technical issues, interruptions, or content accuracy.
