Attendance Reporting Deadlines

Faculty are required to report student attendance twice each term through Banner — once near the 4th class day and again near the 13th class day (or 7th class day for accelerated and condensed terms). These reports determine which students are administratively dropped for non-attendance and establish the official enrollment census used for state and federal reporting. All faculty attendance reports are due by noon on the dates listed. The Office of the Registrar (OTR) processes attendance drops at 4:00 p.m. on the date listed.
