The Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center is located in Clement 120, and it is open daily from 8:00 a.m-4:30 p.m., Monday through Tuesday as well as Friday, and 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Wednesday through Thursday, for student, faculty and staff use.
The Center also provides TI-83 calculators, laptops and netbooks for students to borrow on a semester basis. There are over 1,600 library resources available, for a three week check-out, such as books, Rosetta Stone (Portuguese, Swahili and French), Spanish Tutorial CDs and graduate school preparation (GRE, GMAT, MCAT). Stationary computers with the Respondus program are also available. In addition, the Center provides a smart board for students to use for practice of presentations. Students may stop by to eat snacks, study, relax, hang out with other students, watch TV or use the Play Station game system.
Lastly, the WNDAACC (Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center) host a wide variety of curricular and co-curricular programs that are connected to the University’s mission and vision.
