Govs Suite Web Clock

The Govs Suite Web Clock system provides a convenient way for APSU employees in positions requiring clocking in and out to record their work hours digitally. Access the system using your university Single Sign On (SSO) credentials for seamless time tracking.


How to Use Web Clock

Follow these simple steps to record your time:

  1. Log in to Govs Suite using your SSO credentials

  2. Navigate to the Me tab in the dashboard

  3. Locate and click the Web Clock icon

  4. Use the time tracking options to:

    • Clock in at the start of your shift

    • Record lunch breaks

    • Clock out at the end of your workday
