APSU is honored to host the Tennessee Veterans Reconnect Summit bringing Veterans education to a new level. Institutions are invited to send three representatives with travel costs (hotel, meals, travel for one vehicle) covered by the THEC 2023 Veterans Reconnect Grant.

One Vehicle per institution is authorized at the cost of $0.62 per mile. If institutions use more than one vehicle, the institute is responsible for the travel costs of additional vehicles. Mileage costs will not be covered by schools within the Clarksville area. Driver is responsible for completing the necessary paperwork to obtain a check refund for travel costs. If it is in an institution vehicle, the check will be made out to the institution. In and around mileage within Clarksville will not be covered, but hotel distances are within 10 miles of Campus.
Participants will not be paid per diem to attend, but four meals, snacks, and beverages will be provided during Summit.
Individual participants are responsible for completing travel claim prior to the end of the Summit. Reimbursements will be sent by check within 2 weeks of the summit conclusion.
