Austin Peay State University clubs and organizations - as well as groups from across Clarksville - dressed up, handed out candy and played games with children during G.H.O.S.T., aka Greater Halloween Options for Safe Trick-or-Treating, on Sunday, Oct. 27. The event returned to the center of campus this year.
