Affinity Groups & Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Austin Peay State University (APSU) supports Affinity Groups and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to create a welcoming environment where all employees can thrive, with particular attention to historically underrepresented and underserved communities. These groups are employee-led and receive support from the Office of Institutional Culture (OIC).
