Dr. Chanyong Yoo is an Assistant Professor of International Business at Austin Peay State University. He earned his PhD in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. His research and teaching focus on global strategy with particular attention to how firms compete and scale in emerging and developing countries. Before entering academia, Dr. Yoo gained several years of experience in public policy consulting at national think tanks, supporting economic development initiatives with governments in developing countries. An active participant in the academic community, he is a member of the Academy of International Business and Academy of Management.
