    • Previously worked as a Post Doc at Texas State University's Department of Agriculture on the following projects: USDA-ERS National Household Food Acquisition and Purchase Survey (FoodAPS) data; Atlantis LLC organic leafy-greens research; Grant writing; etc. Before joining the department of agriculture at Texas State, I worked as a: Post Doc in the LBJ Institute for STEM Education and Research, and Visiting Scholar in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction both at Texas State University.
