The purpose of the Larry W. Carroll Govs Fund is to provide a valuable experiential-learning opportunity for students and allow them to explore their passions in finance and investments by enabling them to manage an investment portfolio.

The opportunity to be a Student Portfolio Manager is open to all APSU CoB students. At the beginning of each academic year, the Faculty Govs Funds Advisors will meet to select students from a pool of applicants.
