If you have completed the Financial Resource Acknowledgment with your enrollment certification request and you have no changes or the status is received but pending review, then do not submit this form because it will result in a delay in processing.
Please inform our office of financial resources you expect to receive for the term noted above (do not list any Title IV Federal Financial Aid, HOPE Lottery Scholarship, and Tennessee State Grant). This will allow us to accurately report your tuition and fees to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. If you do not anticipate on receiving any additional financial resources, please indicate that below.
If you do not report additional financial resources and our office is notified of such resources, you may be billed by the University and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. These additional resources include, but are not limited to, Graduate Assistantships, Tuition Assistance, MyCAA, scholarships, and discounts/waivers.
By you filling out this form below, you understand that you must report any additional financial resources to the APSU's Veterans Affairs. You further understand that your failure to report an additional financial resource may result in an overpayment to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and a billing from the University.
