APSU Hosting AP Day Saturday, Feb. 9

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – High school students will get a glimpse of college life and what it means to “Be A Gov” on Feb. 9 during Austin Peay State University’s AP Day.

Students will be able to explore the campus and meet with faculty and students. This event serves as an open house that allows visitors and their parents to meet with staff from admissions, financial aid, housing/residence life and the student life and leadership offices.

Application fees will be waived for students who apply for admission while attending AP day this Saturday.

The day will begin at 11 a.m. in the Foy Fitness and Recreation Center. Signs will direct guests to the center. AP Day activities will end at 3:30 p.m. Attendees also have a chance to watch the Governors men’s basketball team take on the Eastern Illinois Panthers at 4 p.m. in the Dunn Center.
