Office of the Bursar

In higher education, “Bursar” means “keeper of the funds.” As the office charged with “keeping” APSU’s funds, the Bursar’s Office oversees cashiers, accounts receivable and Perkins loans. In addition to assessing and collecting student fees, we provide student fee information and general payment guidelines and disburse excess financial aid to students. Important Bursar Dates

Once a student is confirmed, refunds will only be issued after financial aid is posted to your account (not pending/authorized aid) based on the dates listed in the Important Dates documents.  If you are enrolled in only Summer II courses, refunds will not be available until after June 30.
