Office of the Bursar

In higher education, “Bursar” means “keeper of the funds.” As the office charged with “keeping” APSU’s funds, the Bursar’s Office oversees cashiers, accounts receivable and Perkins loans. In addition to assessing and collecting student fees, we provide student fee information and general payment guidelines and disburse excess financial aid to students. If you have questions or need assistance related to any of the functions in our office, please feel free to call, e-mail or visit us!

Sign up for Rave Alerts      (Join the 'Just Students' group to receive important text messages from Enrollment Management and the Office of the Bursar).

Important Bursar Dates

Refund checks will only be issued once your financial aid is posted to your account (not pending/authorized aid).  If you are receiving a Spring II Only Loan, your refund will process after March 5th.
