Office of the Bursar

In higher education, “Bursar” means “keeper of the funds.” As the office charged with “keeping” APSU’s funds, the Bursar’s Office oversees cashiers, accounts receivable and Perkins loans. In addition to assessing and collecting student fees, we provide student fee information and general payment guidelines and disburse excess financial aid to students. If you have questions or need assistance related to any of the functions in our office, please feel free to call, e-mail or visit us!

Sign up for Rave Alerts      (Join the 'Just Students' group to receive important text messages from Enrollment Management and the Office of the Bursar).

We will begin accepting discount and waiver forms for the Fall 2017 term
June 1, 2017. The best way to submit these forms is by emailing to bursar@apsu.edu.

Important Bursar Dates

Once a student is confirmed, refunds will only be issued after financial aid is posted to your account (not pending/authorized aid) based on the dates listed in the Important Dates documents.  If you are enrolled in only Summer II courses, refunds will not be available until after June 30.
