1. B.S. Core requirements include MATH 1530 Statistics, PHYS 2010/2011 and 2020/2021 College Physics w/lab. Also includes required courses in communications, writing, public speaking, history, humanities, and social sciences (see APSU bulletin for details). First time freshmen must also take APSU 1000 (1 credit hour). Physics will meet core requirement in science. |
2. Two math courses covering algebra, trigonometry and basic calculus:
a. ENGT 1200 Applied Math in Eng. Tech or MATH 1730 Pre-calculus.
b. ENGL 1400 Applied Calculus in Eng. Tech or MATH 1810 Elements of Calculus. |
3. Engineering Technology core: 1000, 1020, 2000, 2010, 2020, 2030, 2730, 3000, 3010, 3020, 3030, 3040, and 3050. |
