Austin Peay State University’s two- and four-year engineering technology programs will inspire you to think creatively, motivate you to acquire analytical and technical skills, and challenge you in an innovative learning environment. Our programs will prepare you for industrial careers in which you will transform concepts into reality through practical applications of technology.

Coursework is offered on post at Fort Campbell military installation via the Austin Peay Center @ Fort Campbell. The program enrolls both military and civilian students. Day and evening classes are offered.

Two-year program

If you pursue the Associate of Applied Science in Engineering Technology, you can choose from concentrations in automotive, electronics and construction engineering technology. If you later decide to earn a bachelor’s degree, your credits will transfer seamlessly to our four-year Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology.

Four-year program

The Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology offers concentrations in

• electrical engineering technology, with options in electronics and robotics
• manufacturing engineering technology, with options in manufacturing and robotics

and

• general engineering technology, with options in civil and mechanical engineering technology

The electrical and manufacturing concentrations are accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission of Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. Visit www.abet.org for more information.
