Austin Peay State University offers many different options for living on campus. From traditional to nontraditional student, each provides a community atmosphere to encourage your personal and academic growth. All halls and apartments are designated as smoke-free. Traditional-Style Halls
Traditional-style halls are residence halls in which a student shares a living space with one other student, and they share restroom spaces with 1-3 other students.

Meal Plans
All students living on campus MUST purchase a meal plan each semester. Exceptions may be made for students residing in Emerald Hill or Two Rivers Apartments.

Designed for students with inconsistent dining needs, students with the Block 75 plan receive 75 meals, a $535 declining balance/semester, and 1 meal exchange per day. First-year residential students are not eligible to select this meal plan.
