ACT On Campus (formerly ACT Residual)

The ACT On Campus (ACT Residual) is an on-campus, residual testing program provided by APSU for prospective students who were unable to test on a national ACT test date and is used by APSU to meet admission requirements for ACT testing.

This is NOT the ACT National Test! The ACT National is given by ACT contractors and not the APSU Testing Center.

Important Policies / Updates

ACT On Campus (ACT Residual) scores are only valid at APSU. Scores cannot be transferred to another college or university. Also, ACT On Campus (ACT Residual) scores do not meet eligibility requirements for the Tennessee Lottery Scholarship or Tennessee Promise.

The Testing Center strongly recommends that examinees go to the ACT website to obtain the most current information regarding calculator requirements and prohibited behaviors. Please Note: Some of the information on other pages of the ACT website is intended for the ACT National. Please follow the registration procedure listed below for ACT On Campus (ACT Residual) testing. Do not register online at the ACT website unless you wish to take the ACT National.  ACT now offers the ACT Academy, a free online preparation course.
