Fall 2017 Semester

 Aug. 21 Last day to pay/confirm classes for preregistered students

CLASSES WILL BE DROPPED FOR NONPAYMENT AND/OR NON-CONFIRMATION AT 9 P.M.

Aug. 24 Housing Move-In (Freshmen only), 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Aug. 25 Freshman Convocation & APEX (Freshman Orientation)

Aug. 27 CLASSES WILL BE DROPPED FOR LATE REGISTERED STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT PAID AND/OR CONFIRMED BY 9 P.M.

Last day for students to claim resident hall assignments.

AP Self Service will close at 9 p.m. and reopen at 8 a.m., Aug. 28.

Last day for 100% fee adjustment. (Full Semester and First 8 weeks)

Aug. 28-30 Late registration. Fee payments can be made at the cashier window, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday or through AP OneStop.

Aug. 28 Classes begin

Refunds by direct deposit will be available at student’s bank, if student has a credit.

Aug. 30 Last day to add a class.

Last day to submit fee waiver or discount form to the Office of the Bursar to receive credit for Fall 2017.

Sept. 3 Last day to receive a 75% fee adjustment (First 8 weeks)

Sept. 4 Labor Day Holiday ­— University Closed

Sept. 10 Last day to drop without record

Last day to receive a 75% fee adjustment (Full Semester)

Last day to receive a 25% fee adjustment (First 8 weeks)

Sept. 17 Last day to drop classes with an automatic “W” (First 8 weeks)

Sept. 23 Last day to receive a 25% fee adjustment (Full Semester)

Oct. 3 Last day to drop classes with a “W”, “F” or “FA” (First 8 weeks)

Oct.  4 Mandatory “F” period begins (First 8 weeks)

Oct. 8 Last day to drop classes with an automatic “W” (Full Semester)

Oct. 16-17 Fall Break — No classes

Oct. 19 Classes end (First 8 week)

Oct. 24 Last day for 100% fee adjustment. (Second 8 weeks)

Oct. 25 Classes begin (Second 8 week)

Oct. 31 Last day to receive a 75% fee adjustment (Second 8 weeks)

Nov. 7 Last day to receive a 25% fee adjustment (Second 8 weeks)

Nov. 8-21 Priority advising and preregistration begins for currently enrolled students for Spring 2018.

Nov. 9 Last day to drop classes with a “W”, “F” or “FA”  (Full Semester)

Nov. 10 Veterans Day — No classes

Mandatory “F” period begins (Full Semester)

Nov. 14 Last day to drop classes with an automatic “W” (Second 8 weeks)

Nov. 22 No classes — University OPEN

Nov. 23-24 Thanksgiving Holiday ­— University closed

Nov. 30 Last day to drop classes with a “W”, “F” or “FA”  (Second 8 weeks)

Dec. 1 Mandatory “F” period begins (Second 8 weeks)

Dec. 6 Last day of classes (Full Semester)

Dec. 7 Study day

Dec. 8-14 Final exams

Dec. 15 Commencement/Last day of classes (Second 8 weeks)


Spring 2018 Full Semester

CONFIRMATION INFORMATION

Confirmation is necessary to prevent your classes from being dropped. Even if your account shows a zero or credit balance, you must complete the confirmation process to retain your classes. You can confirm your classes by logging into www.onestop.apsu.edu. Confirmation of classes must occur every semester.
