Get Connected and Stay Connected!

Connecting to the Austin Peay community will help you make the most of your college experience. Communication is an important key to your success. Use the tools provided for you and keep up with important messages and deadlines through announcements and notices, the latest news, events and campus happenings. Staying connected can also help keep you safe by signing up for emergency text messages and email alerts. Ways to stay connected at APSU are AP OneStop, your APSU email, the Gov Says announcements, Facebook and Austin Peay Alert, our emergency text message alert system.

AP OneStop

Access your email, announcements, online classes, Facebook and more. Relevant announcements are posted daily and sometimes throughout the day to keep you informed of important information. Log on at www.onestop.apsu.edu. The link is also available on the APSU homepage at www.apsu.edu. You can personalize your OneStop page and access things such as your APSU email and course schedule, confirm your classes and check your grades.

To log in, you will need your APSU I.D. number (which has been mailed to you and can be found in Self Service) and APSU PIN. Remember, to log in, go to www.onestop.apsu.edu.

AP Self Service

AP Self Service is where students register for classes, check grades, check financial aid status, review student business account information and maintain and/or update personal information. AP Self Service is accessed through AP OneStop with your A-Number and PIN. Most student information is easily accessed through AP Self Service.

Student Email

Check your APSU email daily for important information on your classes, registration, financial aid, academic deadlines, campus happenings and other timely items of interest. Your professors and other faculty and staff will contact you through your AP email. You can access your AP email through OneStop by visiting www.onestop.apsu.edu.

You should have received your AP email information already, but if you do not have it, please contact the (computer) Help Desk at 931-221-4357.

When logging into your AP email for the first time, you must have a username. Your AP email username is the same as your AP OneStop username. AP Mail can also be accessed by clicking on the email tab in AP OneStop.


AP Alert — Emergency Notification System

Sign up for our AP Alert, the campus emergency notification system supplied by Rave Wireless. You can sign up at www.getrave.com/login/apsu. Text messages are only sent for emergency notifications and alerts. Be the first to know about campus closings,weather related warnings and other emergencies at APSU. There is no charge to sign up, but your cell phone plan charges for text messages may apply.

What about Facebook, Twitter and Instagram?

There are several Facebook pages you can connect to for information about what is going on at Austin Peay and other information relevant to students. Visit www.facebook.com/austinpeay to become a fan of APSU and see all the other campus-related Facebook fan pages. Many student groups and departments post information regularly.

Visit the Twitter page at www.twitter.com/austinpeay to follow APSU and see all of the other campus-related Twitter and Instagram pages, and like @austinpeayphotos and #PeayPix.


Student announcements are posted frequently on AP OneStop and in a daily email. Check announcements daily to stay connected and informed!

Confirm and pay for your classes

NOTE: You MUST confirm your classes every semester!

  1. Log into your personal OneStop account at www.onestop.apsu.edu
  2. Click on the Web Self Service tab on the main OneStop screen.
  3. Click on the Student link under the Web Self Service.
  4. Click on the Student Account link.
  5. Select the “Confirm & Pay or Enroll in a Payment Plan” option.
  6. Select the academic term you would like to confirm. Click Submit. Carefully read and follow on-screen prompts to complete confirmation.

Student Email & Logging into D2L

  1. Log into your personal OneStop account at www.onestop.apsu.edu
  2. Click on the “email” tab on the main OneStop screen. You can also access your email account through this button.

Still having problems?

Q: I’m still having problems logging in. Who should I contact?

A. Call or email the OIT HelpDesk at 931-221-4357 or helpdesk@apsu.edu

You can log in two different ways. Through your personal AP OneStop page at onestop.apsu.edu. From your homepage click the button labeled D2L. You can also log in directly through the D2L homepage, www.elearn.apsu.edu using the same login information as your OneStop account.

Check your grades online

Use OneStop to check both midterm and final grades!

  1. Log into your personal OneStop account at www.onestop.apsu.edu.
  2. Click on the Web Self Service tab on the main OneStop screen.
  3. Click on the Student link under the Web Self Service.
  4. Click on the Student Records link.
  5. Select the term and either Final Grades or Midterm Grades option.


Not all midterm grades will be posted. If you have questions or are concerned about your grades, consult with your instructor. There are also many free tutoring options on campus.

Find your class schedule

Use the OneStop Student tab to find your classes and textbooks!

  1. Click on the Registration link.
  2. Click on the Student Printable Schedule with Textbook Express link.
  3. Select the term for your class schedule. You may also select the textbook link to see required material for each class.
