The Healthy Mind Healthy Body Challenge is a free semester-long incentive program to help motivate you to make healthier choices each day. Earn points by participating in group fitness classes, intramurals, going on Adventure Recreation trips, and attending workshops and special events, January 27th - April 30th, 2014.
Each participant must complete a Healthy Mind Healthy Body Entry Form
