Notice of Rulemaking Hearing

Official notices of rulemaking hearings are posted to the website to give notice for the time, date, and location of a public hearing. The text of proposed rules being considered at the hearing is linked in the notice. As a result of the hearing, a rulemaking hearing rule may be promulgated. The text of the rulemaking hearing rule may reflect changes resulting from the hearing. The rulemaking hearing rule becomes effective 90 days after filing with the Secretary of State.

On April 27, 2022 at noon in Room 103BC of the Morgan University Center, APSU will hold a Rulemaking Hearing for the following APSU Rules:
