Distance Education Laptop Loan Program
Distance Education Laptop Loan Program (DELLP) assists eligible students with participation in their online courses when their computer malfunctions during the semester.
Program Eligibility Requirements:
- Due to limited availability, students must be enrolled in completely online schedules (no on ground classes) and laptops are issued on a first come first serve basis.
- Must have an APSU student ID or a valid driver’s license or state issued ID card.
- If you are found eligible and reside within 60 miles of campus, personal pickup on campus is required. If you reside more than 60 miles from campus, a shipping option may apply at the discretion of Distance Education.
- The laptop loan period will expire at the end of the semester in which the student is registered.
Laptop Loan Request Procedures:
To request a laptop, go to the Distance Education Equipment Loan Request form, log in with your OneStop credentials, complete the form, and upload a copy of your picture ID. This is usually easiest with a Smartphone or Tablet but neither are available, below are some options:
Allow for additional time during holidays and weekends for a response and eligibility status. Watch your campus email for a confirmation of submission.
You will be notified by campus email of your application status and availability of inventory.
