STUDENT: Once you have completed this form an advisor will contact you via phone or email to help you complete the registration process and provide you with a Alternate PIN. This is required for registration. Your Alternate PIN will change each semester.
This form is to be used by those students with an RODP major ONLY. APSU Online students must contact their academic advisor directly. Students can view the name of their assigned advisor by logging into AP OneStop and selecting Web Self Service, Student, Registration, One Stop Advising Page, and the appropriate term. The advisor's name is listed in the top right corner. Contact information is available through the directory. If an advisor is not listed, students should contact their academic department to have one assigned.
