Harned forum examines connection of history and literature
September 10, 2001
“History as Literature & Literature as History” is the topic of this week's Harned Forum, a series of lectures and discussions on issues relevant to the liberal art disciplines housed in Harned Hall.
The forum will be presented by Dr. George Pesely, associate professor of history, and Dr. Timothy Winters, assistant professor, languages and literature.
Each forum pairs faculty from different disciplines and takes place on Wednesday from 3-4 in Harned Hall. Faculty, students and staff are invited to attend.
The forums celebrate scholarly enterprise and intellectual debate as part of the University's 75th Anniversary Celebration.
