Out-of-town students must be accompanied by the orchestra director, private teacher, or a designated parent chaperone. Chaperones must remain on the APSU campus or have a cell phone number to be reached for emergencies while students participate in the festival. Students, orchestra directors or teachers, and parent chaperones will need to make arrangements for housing in the Clarksville area hotels. Local residents may opt to stay at home.
