All faculty, staff, and students invited. Learn more about LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn profiles, and lifelong learning. Plus, we will debut the APSU workforce snapshot so you can begin tailor your learning towards the skills local employers are needing in future employees. The event is structured so that you can attend sessions that fit within your day. Mark your calendar now!

Lunch is provided and will run from 11:00am-12:00pm. In addition to grabbing food, you will have the opportunity to have your professional headshot taken and talk to staff about activating you LinkedIn Learning account and updating your LinkedIn profile.

APSU Workforce Snapshot

Distance Education is using LinkedIn Learning's excellent training videos to train faculty & staff on what’s new & improved in D2L’s new Daylight experience.
By utilizing LinkedIn Learning's training videos, the College of Graduate Studies is transitioning our day-long, on-ground graduate teaching assistant (GTA) orientation to an online version. Newly hired GTAs are accessing the training when it is convenient for them and we are able to monitor their progress to ensure completion.
The Office of Information Technology security team will use a custom LinkedIn Learning playlist with cyber security awareness videos for the University community this Fall to help them acquire awareness and tools on how to stay safe in the cyber world.
