Don't worry, just call us, we can assist you! 

A lost or stolen Card should be reported immediately in person at the Govs ID Card Office (MUC 207) or by telephone at (931) 221-6633, during business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

After business hours, contact the Austin Peay Public Safety at (931) 221-7786, and then report in person to the Govs ID Card Office (MUC 207) on the following business day. 

Replacement IDs will be assessed a $20.00 charge.

To report a found ID Card, please call us at (931) 221-6633 or stop by the Govs ID Card Office (MUC 207).

NOTE:  U.S. Bank customers:  If your Govs ID Card has been activated to act as your U.S. Bank ATM and PIN-based debit card, notify U.S. Bank immediately at 800-US-BANKS (872-2657).
