Professional Development Opportunities

The office of Distance Education offers faculty development in D2L, Multimedia, and ADA compliance. These development sessions have been created to give faculty the specific information they need to meet online course development guidelines and make the online teaching experience more efficient and effective.

In addition to the on ground courses we offer, faculty have access to Academic Impressions (AI) Pro online training on critical issues facing higher education. Attend webinars and access the training library for free. Click here to login and view the dashboard. If you need your login code please contact the Distance Education office.

Please click this link to sign up for faculty development.

We encourage faculty to register for scheduled development sessions, however, if you are unable to attend or need additional instruction or assistance with D2L, learning technologies, multimedia integration or course design, please contact one of our staff to schedule individual or group sessions.
