Overcoming Social Anxiety

This therapy group is designed to help people reduce anxiety in social situations. The focus of this group is to teach new ways of thinking about social interactions in order to help individuals experience more satisfaction with their social lives.  Join this group if you would like to learn how to manage your social anxiety and feel confident in social situations!  

Two group offerings: Mondays at 4:00 pm and Tuesdays at 2:45 pm

Where: Ellington, Room 203

Exercise Group

Are you struggling with mood and negative thinking?  Are you looking for a small community of support and connection.  You are invited to join us on this transformation journey to own your wellness, improve your mood, and move toward a healthier mind and body.  Group includes:  30 minute workout sessions, fitness pre and post measurements, nutrition and home workout tips, and thought challenges. 


When: Monday thru Friday, beginning February 1, 2016, 11:30 am to 12:00 pm

Where: The Foy, Cycling Studio

Transgender Support Group

Are you transgender, genderqueer, non-binary, genderfluid, or gender non-conforming?  Come join us in a positive, accepting, and inclusive space! Supportive friends welcome.
