Any employee (to include contract employees) and any student can register to win prizes, except for members of the Senior Leadership Team.
You can only register in one category, whether student or employee. Your category is determined by your primary designation with the University (Banner).

Any person who claims to have received the COVID-19 vaccine, whether a single dose or two doses, is eligible, no matter when they received the vaccine. They can also be automatically entered if they get vaccinated at one of our upcoming vaccination clinics.
All registrants get 1 entry for prizes if they tell us they are vaccinated. Proof is not required.
Any registrant who chooses to show us their vaccination card will get two additional entries, for a total of three entries. 
Only one prize per person. If a person wins a prize during a drawing, they are not eligible for any other prizes.
Registration goes from Oct. 1-Nov. 30.

Two drawings will be conducted, with half the prizes being awarded at each drawing.  The first drawing will be Nov. 1, and the second drawing will be on Dec. 1.
The reserved parking spaces are not free parking. Employees must be a customer of APSU parking and have paid registration fees.
You can be vaccinated for COVID-19 anywhere and still be eligible. You do not have to be vaccinated at APSU.
Prizes over a certain value will require winners to complete tax forms and present identification to claim prizes.
You do not have to be present to win, and you do not have to have your name called aloud to win.
