APSU announces advising dates at Highland Crest

Students wanting to pursue a bachelor’s degree in either professional studies or criminal justice/homeland security at Austin Peay State University in the new Highland Crest Campus in Springfield are encouraged to attend one of the information and advising sessions beginning this week.

APSU will be available at Highland Crest during the following times and dates:

4–6 p.m., Thursday, July 14

2–4 p.m., Wednesday, July 20

4–6 p.m., Tuesday, July 26

6-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 2           

2–4 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 4         

2–4 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 9          

4–6 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 11       

APSU will offer bachelor's degree programs in professional studies and criminal justice/homeland security at Highland Crest. Courses will follow an eight-week term schedule. Courses at the new campus this fall include Organizational Team Building, Constitutional Law, Management of Organizations, Organizational Ethics, Criminal Law and Terrorism and the Law.

Highland Crest is located at 150 Laureate Ave., which is off William Batson Parkway one mile south of NorthCrest Medical Center.
