Scott retires from campus police

Campus Police Sgt. James E. Scott will be retiring June 11, 2004.

Scott joined the Public Safety Office on May 4, 1987, following a 20-year military career in the Army, where he served as military police operations sergeant. He graduated from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in July 1988.

Scott leaves his present assignment as the midnight shift sergeant/supervisor to spend more time with his wife, Marie.
