Nashville Children's Theatre stage manager hosts workshop Jan. 24

Nashville Childrens Theatre (NCT) Stage Manager Dan Brewer will discuss the responsibilities of a professional stage manager, particularly those related to the Actors Equity Association, during a workshop Saturday, Jan. 24.

The workshop, sponsored by Austin Peays Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts, will begin at 10 a.m. in Trahern Theatre.

The workshop, sponsored by Austin Peay's Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts, will begin at 10 a.m. in Trahern Theatre.

Brewer, who joined the NCT in 1985, has served on the Tennessee Theatre Association's Board of Directors for seven years. His credits include performances at the Kennedy Center and a national tour with The Center for Puppetry Arts. He has worked as a professional stage manager since 1976.
