Forms Amnesty Day is April 20

To move APSU forward into the computer age, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in Forms Amnesty Day by surrendering paper copies of forms.

Unused forms can be submitted 10-11 a.m., April 20 at the following locations:
• Ellington Building Lobby
• Morgan University Center Lobby
• Harned Hall Lobby
• Shasteen Building Lobby
• Sundquist Science Building Lobby

Blue recycle bins will be available for disposal of unused paper copies of forms. Everyone who participates will receive an amnesty document suitable for framing. Refreshments also will be available.

Paper copies not generated via computerized forms will be returned for proper completion on a form generated on the computer.
