TRIO Student Support Services has been certified to issue Regular/Level 1 and Advanced/Level 2 Tutoring Certificates to tutors who meet requirements established by the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA). Daniel Christian, tutor coordinator for SSS, submitted documentation for this certification, which provides recognition and positive reinforcement for tutors' successful work and sets standards for tutor performance.
